These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Quadrillion Tech Solutions Reasonable Accommodation Tracking Platform (the "Platform"), a product of Quadrillion Tech Solutions, LLC ("Quadrillion Tech," "we," "us," or "our").
By clicking "Agree," accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Purpose of the Platform.
The Platform is designed to assist organizations with tracking, documenting, and managing reasonable accommodation requests under:
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Section 503 and federal contractor readiness with audit-friendly documentation
- Related federal, state, and local laws
The Platform is not a legal service and does not provide legal advice. Final decisions regarding accommodations remain solely the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility.
Users must be 18 years of age or older. Use of the Platform is limited to legitimate organizational purposes.

License & Permitted Use.
Quadrillion Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform during your subscription term. You may use the Platform only for internal business or organizational purposes. User accounts may not be shared; however, accounts may be reassigned if personnel change.

Prohibited Activities.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease access to the Platform
- Circumvent security, authentication, or usage limits
- Upload malicious code, unlawful content, or data that violates privacy laws
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems
- Use the Platform for competitive analysis without prior written consent

Customer Responsibilities.
You are responsible for:
- Accuracy and completeness of data entered
- Ensuring users comply with this Agreement
- Maintaining appropriate internal policies and procedures
Platform outputs are only as accurate as the data provided.

Availability & Support.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Quadrillion Tech will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability 24/7, excluding:
- Planned maintenance (with advance notice when feasible)
- Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, force majeure)
Temporary service interruptions do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Data Security & Privacy.
Quadrillion Tech implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Customer Data. Access to Customer Data is limited to:
- Authorized personnel providing support
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Customer-authorized requests
Customer retains ownership of all Customer Data.

Data Use & Aggregation.
Quadrillion Tech may use de-identified, aggregated data for:
- Platform improvement
- Analytics
- Research and reporting
No personally identifiable information (PII) or organization-identifiable data will be sold or disclosed.

Confidentiality.
Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information using reasonable care. Confidential Information includes:
- Customer Data
- Platform architecture and pricing
- Business, technical, and operational information
Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.

Warranties & Disclaimers.
Quadrillion Tech makes no warranties regarding legal compliance outcomes or accommodation determinations. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability.
Quadrillion Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quadrillion Tech from claims arising from:
- Your data
- Misuse of the Platform
- Violation of applicable laws by you or your users

Term & Termination.
This Agreement remains in effect during your subscription term. Quadrillion Tech may suspend or terminate access for material violations. Upon termination, access to the Platform will cease in accordance with data retention policies.

Modifications.
Quadrillion Tech may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Assignment.
You may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Quadrillion Tech may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or successor.

Account Provisioning & Access.
Upon confirmation of payment, Quadrillion Tech Solutions will provision your account for the Reasonable Accommodation Tracking Platform. A separate email will be sent to the primary contact on file containing your account credentials and instructions for accessing the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during registration or checkout is accurate and monitored. For security reasons, login credentials should be kept confidential and may not be shared. If you do not receive your access email within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, you must contact Quadrillion Tech Solutions support for assistance.

Governing Law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
